World Enough and Time Review

Alright! Part 1 of the finale is over, and, once it finished, I was pretty much screaming. I mean, really. How could they leave us on a cliffhanger like that?
Before we begin, let me just say that this post will (obviously) contain spoilers.
The episode starts with the doctor leaving the TARDIS somewhere in the snow, then looking like he's about to regenerate. Then the scene ends. I guess this is where he'll regenerate next episode.
After that, Missy, Nardole and Bill went to a 40 mile long colonizer that was slowly leaving a black hole's gravitational pull. The idea was Missy would be given a "test" to see how good she was.
Pretty much the moment they arrived, a blue man turned up and threatened to shoot Bill, saying she was the reason "they" were coming (she was the only human). Then, something started coming up the elevator.
The Doctor arrived and tried to save her, but he shot her. Then, these people with white bags over they're head came out of the lift and took Bill. They told The Doctor, by pressing buttons on a keyboard, that they would "repair her". The Doctor left a subconscious message in Bill's mind, telling her to wait for him.
Bill woke up, and realized she had a metal heart. After a bit, she ended up living with this slightly crazy old dude, who said she had been at the bottom of the ship for months.
Back at the top of the ship, the doctor explained that time went much faster the closer you were to a black hole, so the crew who had been sent to the bottom of the ship to work on the engines had been there for generations, while it was only 2 days at the top of the ship.
The crazy dude explained to Bill that, eventually, all the people who lived at the bottom of the ship were going to be changed into the creatures with the bags on their heads (earlier in the episode, Bill discovered they were constantly in pain) to make them "strong" enough to reach the top of the ship.
Then he said he was going to take Bill to the lifts, but he actually led her to the place where they turn people into the things. He then explained to her that she wouldn't always be in pain, because she would have a thing on her head that would block all pain (and emotions).
The Doctor, Missy and Nardole went to the bottom of the ship.
The Doctor told Missy to hack into the system, while he and Nardole went into the next room.
Missy discovered that the colonizer didn't come from earth, it came from Mondas, home of the Cybermen (one of the doctors arch-enemies) and Earth's twin.
Meanwhile, The Doctor and Nardole went into the next room and saw a Cyberman (not the shiny new ones from Death in Heaven, but the original ones. So the creatures were prototype Cybermen, from before they became all machine!
The old dude talked to Missy for a bit, then revealed that he was The Master: one of her past regenerations. He said "I'm very concerned about my future", which implies Missy was actually turning good.
The Doctor asked if the Cyberman could find Bill, but it revealed that it was Bill. She kept saying "I waited for you" (she'd been down their for 10 years), and seemed somewhat... upset. You know, like if you'd waited 10 years for someone to save you, but you ended up being turned into an evil cyborg anyway.
So, awesome episode! Judging by the trailer (and the extended trailer on Whovians), Missy is going to try to convince the Master to help The Doctor, and someone else is going to be regenerating (possibly the Master into Missy), as we saw a hand with regeneration energy on grass, not snow like at the beginning of the episode.
